Returns and Cancellations
To request a return, click Request a Return in our website footer or sign in to your customer account and select the applicable order.
Please do not mail a return until your request has been approved and return instructions have been provided.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after purchase through your customer account or by emailing info@hobabeauty.com.
Response Time
We normally respond within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays.
Messages received during weekends or holidays will be reviewed on the next business day.
