3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (fraud detection, unauthorized transactions, incorrect pricing, etc.).
  • If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Once an order is shipped and marked “Delivered” by the courier, H.O.B.A is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
