H.O.B.A Shipping & Delivery Policy

At H.O.B.A, we provide handmade wigs and selected beauty products, prepared with care and attention to detail.
As our wigs are handmade, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing and production before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the item ordered, shipping destination, and supplier location.

Shipping fee: calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated
Tracking Your Order
· A tracking link will be emailed once your package ships.
· Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.
· If tracking does not update after 5 days, please contact us — we’re happy to assist.
Delivery Confirmation
If your order is marked “Delivered” by the courier but you cannot locate it:
1. Please check your mailbox, porch, concierge, or with neighbours.
2. Contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
3. If still unresolved, contact us, and we will help initiate an investigation.
Please note:
· Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages
· Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by shipping distance, customs, weather, or carrier delays
· Tracking information will be provided when available
· Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout
Customs & International Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your region. These fees are not included in our pricing and must be covered by the customer.
Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. H.O.B.A is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
